The "Digital Sovereignty" conference, organized in Rennes by Brunessen Bertrand and Guillaume Le Floch on June 16 and 17, 2022, will address the issues of digital sovereignty, a topic that has become omnipresent in the current public debate. The winner of this prize will receive the sum of 1000 euros and several publication opportunities.
