Presentation
A one-year post-doctoral fellow is recruited at the Citeres laboratory (UMR 7324, University of Tours) as part of a contract funded by the Institute for Research in Public Health (IReSP), for a period of one year (the project also provides for a second one-year contract from 15/06/2023 at the EA CRDMS, Jean-Moulin University Lyon 3).

2 Disciplinary fields - notion of foresight (summary)
Foresight is not an academic discipline and it develops within all existing disciplines, be they engineering sciences, natural sciences, political sciences, economics, social sciences, etc. Foresight works are, by nature, very diverse. One can distinguish, however, three types of thesis in foresight:

This study day is intended to present and discuss the dossier entitled "Le travail de la preuve" published in April 2022 in the journalDroit & Société(n° 110), in the presence of the authors of the articles that make up this dossier. The contributions will be discussed and put into perspective by the discussants, in order to consider the resonances that may appear with their own work and to trace the extensions that they seem to offer the research perspective retained by the dossier.
