More than half the world's population lives in urban areas, and this number is likely to double by 2050. Creating sustainable cities is crucial to the future of Canada and the world, and our collective response to climate change will be felt and carried by our urban centers. If we are to achieve concrete change, we need cutting-edge research to guide progress at all levels of government. That's why the Faculty of Arts at the University of Ottawa is looking for an exceptional early-career academic to join its research community as a postdoctoral fellow in urban sustainability.
