The scientific project of this dossier is to place the juvenile trajectories of minors in prison at the heart of the interrogations, by considering the ways in which age, gender, class and social relations of race vary the prison experiences and more globally the biographical trajectories of these young people. The aim is to examine the link between the singular experience of incarceration and the social relations of age: detained minors have the specificity of being adolescents who are encouraged to become adults while being locked up. Starting from the premise that the experience of prison cannot be thought of as a simple parenthesis in an adolescent trajectory, the aim of this dossier is to question what conditions of incarceration produce on juvenile trajectories.

The aim of this workshop is to explore new ways of writing the history of homosexuality based on judicial archives. We observe that the disciplinary field of the "history of homosexualities" has evolved considerably over the last twenty years. Since Georges Chauncey's Gay New York (1994) and Florence Tamagne'sHistoire de l'homosexualité en Europe (2000), the history of homosexuality has relied on the multiplication of sources (press, literature, diaries, police reports, medical literature) to draw up broad portraits of homosexual culture. Today, historians prefer to focus on one type of archive: the judicial archive. The aim of our workshop is to address this historiographical evolution and measure its consequences for our field of study.

The International Military Justice Forum (IMJF) is a forum for debate, meetings and exchanges that aims to pool and advance our knowledge of military justice around the world. Its primary aim is to provide an account of the diversity of military justice systems, highlighting their salient features, exploring their history and highlighting current developments. Lastly, the event will enable us to imagine together what the future of military law might look like, in the light of technological and digital developments that are transforming conflict.

Heroes, martyrs, veterans, executioners, criminals, victims, wounded, mutilated, missing, dead, bereaved - women, men and children. These are the figures that emerge or can emerge from the "paroxysmal experience of violence" (C. Ingrao, Le soleil noir du paroxysme...). Far from forming pre-established categories, these attributions are, on the contrary, constantly redefined by the individuals who claim them - or not - and by the institutions that award them - or not. How, then, do the latter take charge of these singular social actors over the more or less long term of "exits from war" (B. Cabanes, G. Piketty, Retour à l'intime...), or more broadly of "exits[s] from violence" (M. Wieviorka, "Sortir de la violence")?

The world is in the midst of a "polycrisis", a tangle of crises that spans global systems. The term "polycrisis" illustrates how global crises are interconnected, intertwined and mutually aggravating. If this concept is used with greater clarity and precision than has been the case to date, it could provide essential new insights into our current situation. For this reason, the European University of Valencia is calling for papers on the following topics: conceptual approaches to polycrisis, the impact of polycrisis on the economy, artificial intelligence in the context of polycrisis, new inequalities generated by polycrisis, legal and political responses to the challenge of polycrisis, the environment as cause and "victim" of polycrisis, and the impact of polycrisis on security and human rights.

The Laboratoire d'études et de recherche en littératures française et francophone (LABERLIF) is organizing this colloquium to promote exchanges between professionals in the field, with the aim of enlightening national and international opinion on the shared privilege of literature and law. Indeed, the interdisciplinary relationship between the two disciplines is no longer up for discussion in the academic world. The "Law and Literature" movement initiated in the USA in the 1970s demonstrates the mutual enrichment of these two disciplines. The former is recognized for its originality in producing fiction, style and imagination. The second is noted for the establishment of rules, standards and laws. The "Literature and Law" dialogue fosters the intersection of two hermeneutic modes that Ronald Dworkin has made famous in his research activities.

Internationalists' Week will devote two days to new trends in international economic law. Developments in international trade law and international investment law call for a rethinking of the mechanisms of international economic law. The two days will be organized around contributions from two of the leading specialists in international economic law, and will enable young researchers (doctoral students or young PhDs) to propose contributions reflecting contemporary developments in the discipline.

Côte d'Ivoire, like many developing countries, is facing growing food-related public health challenges. Despite economic progress, rapid urbanization and the growing influence of globalization have led to profound changes in eating habits, often to the detriment of health. Ivorian youth are particularly affected by this trend. Young people are exposed to a multitude of food choices, often influenced by the availability of processed foods and fast-food outlets, as well as aggressive advertising campaigns by the food industry. However, there is a growing awareness of the importance of returning to a more traditional, balanced diet, not only to safeguard individual health, but also to ensure the long-term sustainability of public health and the environment.

This symposium aims to bring new perspectives to the long-term study of the concept of neutrality, focusing on its broader "pre-modern" dimension (circa 1400-1800). Indeed, the law of neutrality began to emerge in the early modern period through the practices and beliefs of the European state system, but also from its interactions with non-European normative and cultural systems. Different but complementary angles of approach can be used to understand this phenomenon: for example, diplomatic history, the history of international relations, political history, economic history and the history of law. Throughout history, politicians as well as private actors have interpreted neutrality in flexible and divergent ways, sometimes proposing a proactive-affirmative approach or a more passive one. Benefiting from multiple disciplinary perspectives, the symposium considers both the theory and practice of neutrality, advancing our knowledge of the often contested conceptualization of legal regimes at sea and on land. Such conceptualization depends on the interaction between situations of peace and war, diverging across different temporal and spatial coordinates.
