The Constitutional Council Dissertation Prize aims to support academic work
either on constitutional justice and its history in France or, in a comparative perspective, in
abroad, or on the various other competences of the Constitutional Council (electoral disputes, etc.).

Candidates must have defended their thesis between January 1st and December 31st
2022.
