1 General framework (summary)

The German Historical Institute of Paris (HHI) is a central player in international history research and acts as a mediator between German and French historical research. IHA's research focuses on French and Franco-German history, on African history and on digital history.

2 Eligibility requirements and application procedure (summary)

The IHA scientific article prize allows the publication, in the form of an article in German, of the results of an outstanding French thesis or habilitation in the research fields of the Institute.

The thesis or habilitation must have been defended within the last two years (January 1, 2021 - December 31, 2022).
