Furthermore, access to institutional professional settings does not guarantee equity, as women there systematically face wage disparities, hierarchical barriers, and various forms of discrimination. It is therefore necessary to examine both the perceptions of women’s work and the frameworks that govern them.

  What if the cornerstone of OHADA business law were not found in the Uniform Acts? This is the very paradox we seek to explore in the collective work edited by Roch Gnahoui DAVID, Salim M. YAYA-OVE, and Reagan INTOLE: “The Fundamental Concepts of Civil Liability in OHADA Law.” OHADA celebrated its 30th anniversary by establishing a framework for economic instruments (corporations, security interests, insolvency proceedings, etc.). This call for papers invites scholars and practitioners to engage in an in-depth doctrinal discussion centered on five key areas: the architecture of legal sources; fault and the triggering event; the rationalization of damages; ADR (arbitration, mediation); and future perspectives (digital issues, environmental damage).
