The expenditure review, a "good" tool for controlling public finances - Colloquium (on site) 20 06 2023 Paris - Ministère de l'Économie (registration)

(Calenda announcement 1068749)

Part of the French history of government reform, expenditure reviews were introduced by the 2014-2019 public finance programming law, and again by Article 21 of the 2023/2027 public finance programming bill and Article 167 of the 2023 initial budget law. The Rencontres internationales de la gestion publique (RIGP) 2023 will question the specificities of this expenditure review exercise implemented in France, with respect to previous French experiences and contemporary foreign practices.

(Calenda ad 1071356)

The couple is, in the collective imagination, a space in which sexuality flourishes. Sex and couple are one and the same, so much so that the conjugal duty still exists in the law of marriage. However, sexual violence is forbidden and marital rape has been prohibited since 1992. In this context, the conference-debate questions the specificity of sexual violence in the couple.
