This conference will analyze the forms that such European sovereignty might take, while also examining the democratic relevance of such a paradigm. Does European sovereignty constitute a framework capable of bringing about a desirable political Europe?

The international system is based on a set of relationships between states, international organizations and non-state actors, framed by international law and multilateralism to preserve peace and organize global governance. However, since the end of the Cold War, this order has undergone a profound crisis, marked by geopolitical conflicts, power rivalries, the fragmentation of international institutions and the emergence of new forms of hybrid and informational conflict. At the same time, the global South, notably through the BRICS+, is asserting its growing strategic autonomy and challenging Western domination and the established international order. Against this backdrop, the Sahel is a telling example of the limits of multilateralism in the face of persistent security, political and economic crises. These mutations underline the need to rethink the international system and its governance mechanisms to meet contemporary challenges. In line with the above, the Revue de L'EMP-ABB is collecting articles for an issue on the international system.

This issue of Nouvelle revue du travail (NRT) looks at the growing importance of ecological issues in the world of work and, in so doing, the transformations of work and employment in the context of a major ecological crisis. This issue invites contributions devoted to the full range of professional activities, including polluting activities, potentially challenged by the objective of reducing greenhouse gas emissions or, on the contrary, marked by resistance to the greening of work, and activities a priori remote from environmental issues.

The contemporary era is marked by a rupture and a transformation leading to a state of crisis—political, economic, and cultural—and to a questioning of the ideologies that shaped the 20th century. In this context, it is particularly interesting to examine how states, organizations, and, more broadly, (supra)national institutions employ commemorative practices. Issue 40 of the journal*Argumentation and Discourse Analysis*, scheduled for publication in April 2028, will be devoted to commemorative discourses delivered by institutional representatives speaking in the public sphere on behalf of the institution or organization they represent.

Each issue of Nouvelles Questions Féministes deals with a theme proposed by a coordinating group, made up of members of the magazine's editorial board and possibly external specialists. The magazine accepts off-theme proposals for the Champ libre section at all times, and reserves the Grand angle section for thematic contributions. NQF regularly issues calls for contributions on these themes, but not always, when, for example, an issue is put together following a symposium that the editorial board has deemed of interest to the magazine.

For thousands of students, securing food is a daily challenge linked to their academic resilience, health, and dignity. The book examines how ignorance of local food cultures can contribute to a form of epistemic symbolic violence that universities must address. Feeding students thus becomes a lever for justice, resilience, and the decolonization of knowledge, aiming to fill a gap in the scientific literature and serve as a reference for stakeholders in higher education in the Global South.
