This multidisciplinary colloquium, combining the history of political ideas, the history of legal thought, public law and political science, aims to uncover the underpinnings - and the unspoken - of many regimes around the world, including democratic ones. By mapping the world, we hope to fill a gap in understanding the mentality and intellectual soil of many of the world's rulers, whether or not they are military by training.

The ESPI Group (Ecole Supérieure des Professions Immobilières) and its research unit, the ESPI Research in Real Estate (ESPI2R) laboratory, are organizing the Group's first international symposium on the theme of sustainable real estate. The aim is to examine the implications of the fundamental evolution of the real estate sector in terms of production and responsible management of real estate assets, both from a social and environmental point of view.
