This school, intended for doctoral students, offers an opportunity for reflection, training, and in-depth exploration of the various dimensions of judicial review as a means of protecting fundamental rights, from theoretical, methodological, and practical perspectives.

Universities have traditionally been places for preserving and transmitting knowledge, but today they need to rethink their role in cultural mediation. In the digital age, heritage preservation has gone beyond simple archiving or scholarly commentary to include interactive, immersive and participatory features. However, this technological transition raises a fundamental ethical and aesthetic question: how can we promote heritage, whether tangible or intangible, without betraying it?

Qualitative research refers to a variety of approaches and methods that aim to describe phenomena in depth, starting with the expression of the people concerned, in order to understand the situations studied. This type of research is increasingly used by researchers in medical and care disciplines, as they come to realize that quantitative data alone - the "gold standard" of health data - is not always transferable to people's experiences, does not take their needs sufficiently into account, or struggles to explain its results.

From an interdisciplinary heuristic perspective, the present editorial project focuses, on the one hand, on how armies, throughout history and through their information-communication operations, show themselves and reassure citizens, seduce and attract them, inform or misinform them. On the other hand, it intends to highlight the way in which the nation - individuals and organizations - talk about/to the army, and thus confront the ambitions of armies with the perceptions and feelings of the public.
