ADMISSION CONDITIONS
This course is open from the 1st year Master's degree.
Access is conditional on the submission of an application.
STRUCTURE AND ORGANISATION
In the first year (360 h CM and 72 h TD), the construction of the common base is based on compulsory subjects considered as fundamental (such as companies in difficulty, competition, consumption, company law). The optional subjects include private law and specialised subjects. The training deepens the use of digital tools applied to the fields of law and reinforces foreign languages and methodology.
For students intending to follow the two courses in banking law, the teaching of Master 1 is arranged in a specific way. This M1 is delivered in apprenticeship.

KNOWLEDGE TO BE ACQUIRED
In addition to the fundamental subjects of business law, which constitute the common core (specialised company law, law of companies in difficulty), students have the possibility to choose in M1 subjects which are at the heart of the teaching of their future Master 2.

FURTHER EDUCATION
Students can continue their studies with a doctoral thesis, or with further training at a business school or even at a foreign university.
They can also pursue a doctoral degree.

SUPPORT FOR YOUR STUDIES ABROAD
Possibility to spend a year abroad in one of the 24 partner universities in the framework of the Erasmus programme, in Master 1. Many courses are taught in English in Master 2. The Chinese Business Law track offers a course dedicated to China. The International Business Law track has an option dedicated to Japanese Business Law.
The Universities of Renmin and Zhejiang (China), as well as the Oxford Centre for European and Comparative Law, are partners in the Business Law degree.
